Jefas Circle: Latina Nonprofit Executives 

What is Jefas Circle?
A leadership experience for Latina Executive Directors. Jefas Circle is a cohort designed to reduce isolation, build peer trust, and strengthen culturally rooted leadership through collective support, sharing best practices and brainstorm solutions to problems with fellow nonprofit peers. 

 

Who Should Join:
Latina Executive Directors of culturally specific or community-based nonprofit organizations who are seeking a trusted space to connect with peers, grow their leadership skills and lead with confidence. Through these sessions participants share challenges, best practices, projects and insights to build sustainable organizations to drive their organizations forward.
