Interim Executive Director

For organizations in active transition, we provide full-time or near full-time leadership while you search for your next permanent ED. 

Fractional Executive Director

For organizations not ready or able to hire a full-time ED, we provide part-time leadership to support strategic direction, supervision, and executive-level decision-making.

This is ideal for small or emerging nonprofits, founder-led organizations, or groups with limited resources who need a trusted partner at the leadership table.

Many Spanish speaking leaders step into nonprofit board roles with a deep commitment to community, but not always with the tools or support they need to succeed. This one-day training (offered in-person or virtually) is designed specifically for new or returning board members who prefer learning in Spanish and want to strengthen their understanding of how nonprofit boards work.
