At Avanza Consulting, I help organizations and leaders transform their systems to better meet their mission and amplify the impact they want to make in the world. I began my consulting journey over 25 years ago, initially offering Cultural Awareness trainings to nonprofit, government, and educational institutions. By 2019, I began supporting organizations with Interim Executive Leadership, helping stabilize and lead during times of transition. 

I love walking alongside nonprofit leaders, boards, and public agencies to implement vision, build capacity, and lead with equity.

I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and my upbringing as the daughter of seasonal farmworkers deeply shapes my perspective on justice, community, and resilience.
